The long-term guarantee of 30 or 10 years (depending on the product) applies to the worldwide use of our products and begins when the binoculars are handed over. Of course, there are no costs for the return shipment after the repair, or costs for material or similar for you. Because your satisfaction is the most important thing for us!

However, please understand that we cannot give any guarantee for wearing parts such as rubber armouring, carrying straps, eyecups or protective caps or for improper use.

If something is wrong, has been lost or your product needs a general overhaul after intensive use, we offer you fast and uncomplicated product service with the STEINER service flat rate. With this STEINER service offer, your product will be put through its paces and repaired reliably and on schedule by our experienced service technicians.
