Steiner-Optik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Steiner) conducts the competition "Steiner Christmas Holidays Giveaway".
Steiner will raffle 3 products from its binoculars and thermal range among all participants in the competition to a total of 3 winners and 3 packages consisting of one product for each channel to 1 winner each. The competition will start with the publication of a feed entry explicitly referring to the competition on the Steiner Instagram channels @steiner_hunting, @steiner_marine, @steiner_adventure as well as on the Steiner facebook channels @Steiner Hunting, @Steiner Marine, @Steiner Adventure on December 27th, 2021 and will run until January 12th, 2022. The deadline for entries is the following morning at 8 a.m. Central European Time. Winners will be determined as follows: Steiner will select one winner on the 10th and two winners on the 12th of January at its own discretion from all valid entries received - in the form of Likes and comments under the respective post - and will contact the winner during the following three days. The prize will then be sent to the winner's address within 21 days.
Eligible to participate in a lottery is any natural person who is a Facebook or Instagram user.
Not eligible are legal representatives and employees of the Steiner Optik GmbH or of sponsors / partners and the legally affiliated companies, and their families.
Each participant takes part by liking and commenting the post and agrees that administrators of Steiner notify him of his win on Facebook or Instagram and are allowed to call his profile name in the comments of the competition.
Excluded are persons, who violate these terms and conditions or use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain any manipulation benefits. Under certain circumstances - like those mentioned before - a price can be denied or recalled.
The promoter's decision is final and the payout of winnings in cash is not possible.
The contest starts on December 27th 2021 and ends on January 12th 2022.
Winners, who do not answer within four weeks on a winning notification, lose the entitlement to the price.
