With the STEINER service offer, your product will be put through its paces and repaired by our experienced service technicians reliably and on time, as far as this is technically possible.
The following flat rates apply for this comprehensive service:
Binoculars with lens diameter < 42 mm: 109,00 €*
Binoculars with lens diameter ≥ 42 mm: 169,00 €*
Rifle scopes: 249,00 €*
MPS / MRS: 119,00 €*
* including VAT, packaging and shipping costs
... and in the case of a guarantee? Of course, there are no costs for the return shipment after the repair, or costs for material or similar for you. You only have to bear the costs of shipping or transport to your respective dealer. Because your satisfaction is the most important thing for us!
