Our spare parts service

Spare parts are available for a low flat rate (including processing, postage, packaging, etc.) of just 15.00 euros. For this we need the exact model, serial number of your binoculars and your exact address.

Unfortunately, not all spare parts can be sent, as some parts, depending on the model, can only be exchanged in our factory.
