How do I return goods?

Within 14 days you can return your order to us free of charge.
To do so, send an e-mail to shop@steiner.de stating your order number.
We will send you a free DHL return label.

If there is a problem with a product after the 14 days, you are welcome to contact our support team so that we can find an amicable solution. Please note that goods must always be returned to the address from which the goods were shipped to you.
